Malta Rental reforms

After leading the charge to be the best country to base crypto related business, Malta has just passed new laws to support blockchains.

Rental agreements are now to be put on the blockchain as a legal status.

Meanwhile back in the USA the SEC and others are putting up roadblocks everywhere they can.

Time will tell.
