What Issues Will UK Citizens Face As Brexit Transition Begins In April 2018?

The E.U. has given Parliament until April 2018 to finalize and submit Brexit transition plans. Manufacturing in Leaver support territories may be hardest hit as up to 30% of the manufacturers in these areas may close or move their operations to E.U. Nations.
Can rapid adoption of cryptocurrencies in manufacturing and other economic sectors help to soften the hard exit?
