My neighbor just built and addition and with my carpentry background I’ve been helping here and there when I can. Well during the process of insulating the floor joists and putting on the plywood for the floor there was a hickup that had to be moved past and overlooked due to shipping problems with one the products. It’s was the wire for the bottom of the floor joists to hold up the insulation and keep the critters from getting in. At the point of the screen being delivered the whole shell of the addition had already been completed so lucky me being the most slender and flexible was chosen to crawl under the addition to staple up this wire. With about a foot give or take, more likely take, is what I had to work with and when I was under there I had about an inch or two above my nose to the screen while shimmying on my back on a piece of carpet thus not to get scraped up by all the rocks. I regrettably took my time completing the task granted I wasn’t under a time crunch but I didn’t wanna look lazy so I beared through and got it done this afternoon. My neighbor is always there when I need something so I told him I didn’t want to be paid and that I was glad just to help. I knew I was probably the only one around that could pull this feat so it was on me to pull through for my neighbor to get it done regardless of the circumstance. Just goes to show that you should always be willing to take action for those who you care about because we all know there’s always something else waiting around the corner and it pays to have people on your side. So reach out to those who you love and support them however you can!8FC4891E-4D7D-4670-BA56-D21ECD88670F.jpegB16A9C4F-8E13-443A-BFA9-B8D091843381.jpeg
