Major failure during TheKey crowd sale
Here is why [3 min read]:

30 minutes before launch and I post a notice on my Telegram channel. I tell everyone to prepare in advance with all the important rules to increase their chances of taking part.

ICO price change
Basically the ICO should have started at (2:00 am Jan 15th GMT). However just 30 minutes before launch they posted the conversion rate on Medium.com stating the conversion rate will be 1 BTC = 400,000 TKY thus being 250% more expensive than the pre-sale not including the bonus they received.

Website crashed
In addition, the website is still not functional receiving 502 and 504 getaway errors even 90 after the original start time.

Telegram chaos
The telegram has gone wild. There are scam posts, porn, links to phishing websites and more. Total chaos with no admin to be seen.

No updates
They haven't updated the investors in any way of what is causing this problem. No announcement, no tweet or update on any social media. They have gone rogue for the past 90 minutes.

Conclusion
As a big supporter of this project i'm very disappointed. It just feels like they were pressured by their private investors to raise the price and clearly were not ready for this massive traffic on their website which is indicating a very poor capability in managing a project this size.
