South Korea Banning Bitcoin Yet XRP Prices Against Korean Currency At All Time High

I do not understand how south korea and korea can be banning coins causing btc to fall. Yet, XRP is at an all time high trading against KRW... a korean currency. It simply does not make any sense. Especially since the price difference between it and other exchanges is over 20 cents. The 8th wonder of the world is truly the crypto scene.
