Tip Time! Send and Recieve BURSTCOIN Without Using The Blockchain

So, has the recent burst blockchain issues got you feeling down? While you are waiting for things to be fully restored back to normal, I have decided to have some fun and share my favorite coin with you guys.
Most of the BURST Offchain transactions take place mainly on the two top BURSTCOIN casinos, BURSTCASINO and BITSLER . The way that I have been sending people BURSTCOIN since yesterday has been through tips on both casino sites. The transactions happen internally, off the blockchain and once things are running smoothly, the coins that transacted can be withdrawn to a burst wallet, going back onto the blockchain. So far I have paid 7 people in the past day for services they provided and their coins are safe and sound in their own secure accounts on both Bitsler and BurstCasino.
I thought I would share what I have been doing with all you guys , since several people told me today that others could benefit from understanding how easy this is and not dependant on the BURST blockchain at all until the recipient wishes to withdraw to his or her external burstcoin wallet.
However, there is also an internal off blockchain exchange built into Bitsler. This means that anyone who has a BURSTCOIN ballance can easily convert it to either Bitcoin, Litecoin, ETH or Dogecoin, then instantly withdraw their coins.
I always keep a balance of BURST on each of the casino sites so I can play instantly without waiting on confirmations for deposits and of course to make it rain on players and pay people through tipping if there is ever any unexpected delay with the blockchain that transpires.
So My next post will be my official promotion so that many of you can get tipped burstcoins on both BURSTCASINO and BITSLER from me and then you can see how easily they are to manage, play with or just HODL and withdraw to your own BURST wallets once blockchain issues ease up. I find one flaw in this platform, one person downvoted my latest (second) post with my big coin rain giveaway promotion and my story got hidden so now all the steemit people can not see it. Well at least I tried to give away 20,000+ coins but that member does not want everyone to get the rain. Unless there is a way around that, this platform does not interest me, very bad first impression so far.

I should also add. Steemit is in beta testing. The Dev are working on making steemit groups. Not sure how they want it to work, but I would like it to be like: You create a group, for example 'Burstcoin'. Only people that join that group will see any blogs posted there. This will eliminate most of the flagging. And with having a group, any haters attacking that group will feel the wrath of the group. Stay strong and enjoy the beta ride.
