I understand the issue and the glitch a system has.And FYI, to be honest I never receive any votes from steembasicincome since the time I enroll to joined. I also made post everyday, sometimes I make 4 article.
We currently process enrollments manually, and it can take up to 7 days. It appears that your transaction was missed when we processed that batch from August 1, so it will be added to the next batch.
