Everybody who buys Steem/SBD at HitBTC has the same withdrawal error for at least last 3 months :

"Please note that withdrawals are temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience."

Email today from HitBTC

After asking HitBTC several times since february 10th I thougth I finally got a serious reply by email today. After reading it seems another standard reply. I really understand it can be hectic at exchanges, but after 3 months, nothing more then a standard reply.

Serious!! What is going on!!!

WETDear trader,
We are on a fast track in resolving issues reported to our support team. And we tend to fix things much faster than to provide further replies in tickets. However, this will change soon. But right now your kind cooperation might be required.
It’s simple. Check the status of the withdrawal issue you’ve reported to us. In case it still persists, kindly take a look at our tips.

  • In case your withdrawal is pending and you want to cancel it - there is a way to do that. Just access your account section, scroll down the page up to the 'Latest Transactions' field. Locate your withdrawal and cancel it. It is important to remember that some transactions can not be cancelled since they have reached blockchain. There would be no cancellation option on such a transaction.
  • In case you see a red cross near your withdrawal in the payment history, it means that your transaction had been cancelled and your coins are back on your account. Feel free to initiate withdrawal once again.
  • In case your withdrawal shows up as successful in your account history, but you haven’t received it and there is an error in the block explorer - please post us with a new ticket, and we will take care of that at a shortest notice, bringing your coins back to your account. Make sure that you have all the payment details provided, first and foremost your transaction ID, which can be located in your payments history.
  • Any other type of withdrawal issue, which hadn't been resolved yet? Please post us with a new ticket, providing us with all payment details as well. We'll handle it!
  • Your issue isn't connected with withdrawals? Please file a new ticket to us here.. Kindly do not reply to this email.
  • In case your issue is resolved, let's consider this ticket as closed. If there's anything else we could help you with, please create a new ticket for us, and we will handle it at a shortest notice.

You are welcomed to use our brand new System Health section: hitbtc.com/system-health. With such tool on hand you’ll always be aware of the state of our wallets and your transactions.

Thank you for trading with us!

Reply of big steemholder could do the trick?

As you can read above. A small investor will not be taken seriously by exchanges like HitBTC. Therefor I tagged @jerrybanfield in my [former post](https://steemit.com/exchange/@futuredigicoin/can-t-withdraw-sbd-steem-from-exchange-what-s-happening-c6816dbd7db31) in the hope he would help fellow Steemians. But until now I didn't get any reply.

Therefor I would really appreciate it if a big Steem holder could reply to HitBTC so this issue is taken seriously. If you want to invest in SBD via HitBTC it's impossible to withdraw to your Steemit account. So growing/investing on Steemit is impossible via HitBTC. Please help!
