I had the pleasure of meeting two curators of the @Wafrica community for the first time. They are @Lordjames and @Phunke.

The picture below is a picture of @Lordjames and me. The picture did no justice to him at all. He looks better in person than in the picture. @Lordjames is a distinguished curator of the @wafrica community and the leader of @steemjet community. It was such a pleasure meeting him.

The lady right here is @Phunke. She is so calm and lovely. She and @stevendion are the brain behind @steemhelpinghand. Through this platform, they have been able to reach out to many people, they have the less privileged at heart and have contributed to their welfare.

It was a great opportunity to see them in person. I am a curator of Wafrica and as such, I have been communicating with them for over six months but we haven't had any personal contact. Thanks to Steemit that has helped connect people from various location through the blockchain.
