Criticism with proposed solutions is healthy. And continual discussion about ways to improve problem areas fosters growth.
However, I agree with you, just tossing bombs with no solutions serves little purpose.
In my opinion, it is what is wrong with politics; two sides bombing each other without any real solutions.
