Take a piece of banana leaf, then smell the oil well. Put a piece of hilsa fish kept in the rows before it is rinsed. After that, leave one or two raw chillies aside. Now fold the yarn around the banana leaf well. In the same way, fold the pieces of the remaining fish in the pen. Now heat a tawa or pot, then put a halsha wrapped in a pan with a small amount of oil. Cover the tawa or the vessel. Let it cook a little bit and cook it. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and flip the hilsa in a thick cloth. If it turns out to be black, turn it over. Cover again. Allow to cook for another five minutes. Close the gas.
