A new place to get a southern tasteful-bliss!
During 2016, I went to Chennai for Job-Training purpose (GET in Bollhoff Fasteners). For the 1st time, I got my hands on the special of Tamil Nadu, "Chettinad Masala Dosa". After that, there was no looking backwards. I tried every type of veg. dosa, idli, vada and many more. I forgot my Rajasthani delicacies and was floating in the ocean of such wonderful tasty treats.
I left that job and got back to Udaipur and started working in AST. In Udaipur, I tried dosa at weddings and various restaurents but couldn't find any taste comparable taste as compared to that of Chennai [I still can't :) ].
But recently I got to know about Sai Sigdi Dosa Center in Sector 4. Here are some pictures of that place.
Hope steem lads can try it once and taste such great cultures that are unbelievable in every bit of their existence.

It is good to know that you have remembered the taste of Chennai Dosa. The original taste is original. Generally we can't find that taste at other place. So better you visit again Chennai for that taste. Hope, soon you will be go there for any work and taste again Dosa......
