DELICIOUS SPONJOSO DESSERT, YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE IT
You will not have to go to the baker on the corner, now you can prepare these incredible homemade shortbread. You will not need a blender to prepare them and they are so economical and reliable that it becomes the ideal recipe for dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 pieces of egg
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 tablespoon of orange zest
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 4 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
With the help of a balloon whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar until they are integrated.
Add little by little the oil, the orange zest, the orange juice, the milk and beat until integrated.
With the help of a sieve add flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder and yellow coloring, whisk for 5 more minutes.
Pour into a mold for cupcakes with saucers, filling up to ¾ of its capacity and bake for 20 minutes. Chills and serves.
