P F Chang's Garlic Noodles

This is a copycat recipe of P F Chang's Garlic Noodles (Egg noodles tossed with garlic and chili pepper flakes).

1 tbsp Chicken base

2 tbsp Cilantro
1 Cucumber
3 tsp Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Red chili pepper flakes

Condiments
4 oz Cantonese stir-fry sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce

Pasta & Grains
1 lb Chinese egg noodles, fresh

Baking & Spices
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
6 tsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp White vinegar

Beer, Wine & Liquor
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine or 2 tablespoons sherry wine

Liquids
3/4 cup Water
