Cake - who doesn't love cake! But was my Gluten Free one as good?

It was my daughter's birthday last week and I thought I would bake her a Gluten Free cake as I missed making a fuss of her last year for her 30th due to lockdown - armed with a Becky Excell cookery book, I set to work!

Now I must explain I am no baker (or cake decorator, lol) but the recipe was easy to follow and it tasted delicious, if I do say so myself.

Before I unveiled it, I said to my daughter, "Remember it was made with love" - she loved it and it actually looked better than it had the night before.....
