Spicy food preventing cancer

Capsicum annuum and other chili species are known through the world. However, in most western countries, capsicum has been refined to have as low capsaicin as possible. Typical bell peppers are refined from chili species, most likely from Poblano. This is a large chili quite similar to bell pepper but has some capsaicin content.

Some medical experts recommend avoiding spicy food and not giving spicy food for children

However spicy food suits also children, but they only need to get used to the taste. Eating spicy food when pregnant will help your future child to eat spicy food in the future. This is a good deed you can do to help your children to find a better life easier.

Capsaicin is known to incease metabolism and there are indicators what it prevents cancer

In the countries in which chili is more used as spice and in food have reduced risk of cancer!

Capsaicin is not the only health booster we are getting from chili, as chili has a very high content of vitamin C and other antioxidants. Depending on the stage of ripening chili has different antioxidants, most when it's green and least when it ripens to red. However they contain different types of antioxidants!

To maximize the benefits, you should eat all colors of chilis as you can. For example, red chilis contain lycopene, which prevents cancer and helps to reduce risks with cardiovascular diseases.

Some studies indicate that eating chili may heighten risk for gastric cancer, but more research is needed for final conclusions.

I find this post interesting. Although I am not entirely sure if I would opt for capsaicins over cannabis.

Especially if you have a person who is already severely ill with cancer and has a sensitive bowel.

If one could slowly incorporate it into your diet it would be beneficial but more because of all the nutrients it holds I think.

Only recently did I learn that Paprika, has an insanely high level of Vit C.

I don't want capsaicin and cannabis to compete each other, but these seem both as good ways of building up your life against cancer. I'm all in for prevention instead of trying to cure cancer as it's always more difficult.

Paprika (which can be seen as a chili with no spiciness) and all chili have very high level of vitamin C, yet still people recommend oranges as a source of vitamin C.

Very true, they tend to promote Citrus Vit C content like the Calcium inside of milk haha. Terrible society we live in today!

I agree prevention is key!!

Currently I am helping my mother manage and hopefully treat her IBC breast cancer. It has metastasized quite severely already, but the mainstream medical professions gave her 3months to live and we are now on year 4 without the toxic chemo's and radiation therapy.

I just love to see that there are others out there willing to take the time and look into new possibilities regarding cancers.

Please DO NOT stop what you are doing!
