imran Khan's party candidate killed in suicide bomb attack
Khan's party Tehrik-i-Insaf's candidate, Ikramullah, was killed in a suicide bomber in Dera Ismail (DI) Khan city of Pakistan.
On Sunday (July 22th) the police personnel of the country confirmed this information. Earlier, the candidate was admitted to a military hospital in a suicide bomber.
DIN Khan's DPO Manzur Afridi told local media that at least 8 to 10 kilograms of explosive material were used in suicide bombs.
The hospital authorities said that the driver and guard of the deceased were injured in the incident. Their condition is serious.
The country's police say that the target was targeted near the leader's house. He was leaving his house for political conference.
Khaira Pakhtunkhwa, headed by Tehrik-i-Insaf, has been the Minister of Agriculture for the Ministry of Agriculture, Ikramullah, Gandhapur. His brother's former Law Minister Israrulah Gandhapur also died in a suicide bomb attack. After the death of his brother, he elected Dera Ismail Khan in the PK-67 constituency and won.
In a Twitter message, Tehran-e-Islam chief Imran Khan condemned the attack.
Army Chief General Kamar Javed Bajwa condemned the attack through the Public Relations Department.
