    @dandays The US gov't has this patent, others are patenting parts of the plants, or extracts in combination with other components... I think patents stifle innovation and competition, usually first to market wins. Cannabis is just a plant, so let it be. I am not an expert in law, so I can't comment on the legalities of the US gov't and them patenting parts of the plant, but they do act in a criminal and protectionist way.
