After waiting since April 28th, President Enrique Peña Nieto finally executed the nationwide legalization of medical marijuana!!

I haven't seen much coverage about it (in English) other than HERE.

Recreational use isn't mentioned, but in the unlikely event Mexican enforcers are as sniggly as they are in the States, the black market is alive and well here. Consumers will continue to do as we please.

But there is cause to rejoice for the NATIONAL PRECEDENT that's been set. It helps sanity start to trend for a change.
