With the gold mining, is it like sometimes showed on TV. That people are still comming over the try and reach that fortune on a piece of land? (like the documentaries on Discovery Channel), or is that truely romantisized?
Well our gold mine here is still producing gold but it’s now owned by a South African company for some reason. People do pan for gold up in the mountains while camping sometimes but, for the most part there s not much gold mining being done other than big huge companies around here.
Gold is so cheap right now. Seems weird that the dollar is currently a stronger play than gold.
Ah ok, thanks :) I already saw people going crazy with shovels and a gold-pan :)
