When I helped a hungry child.
Today, I was in a hospital canteen. A little boy was watching me. I understood that he was hungry. I purchased him a burger. I was happy to help. Then a woman appeared shouting that she'd brought her son for a fasting medical test but a moron gave him a burger. I secretly disappeared from the scene.

Haha, you're the one who deserves the most credit. A story has to be moving, provocative. And you have to make it so simple and then throw in an unexpected twist that the reader says, "I didn't see that coming." A very good story. Keep creating, and good luck.
