Groceries
Most Colombians receive our salary biweekly, there are many supermarkets where we can go to buy our groceries, in fact there is a supermarket called D1, in this most of the products have a lower value, but not the same quality, however many people go to this place to buy, previously they only bought a few items, but due to the increase in prices the supermarket carts are full.
There is also a place called retail plaza, in this place we find several supermarkets with prices somewhat higher than those of D1 but of better quality.
There is a supermarket that we like and it is called Macro, the products are purchased wholesale, that is, they are purchased packaged for 5, 7 and more items, when buying them wholesale the price is lower.
We also have Carulla, one of the most recognized, in which the majority of foreigners buy there, they can even pay with dollars, which makes the products more expensive for us since we want to pay in Colombian pesos.
In conclusion, here in Colombia we are lucky to be able to buy in many supermarkets and they are always well stocked.

I like going to the supermarket with my Sofia, it's nice to be able to pick up items to take home and treat ourselves a little too.
