Marketplace
Here in Colombia we are fortunate to have several Marketplace where we can walk through large aisles looking for the best to take home.
Most of us Colombians are in the habit of going to the market every two weeks to buy the groceries we need. In fact, there are some people who bring their own produce to these markets and sell it at a higher price because it's organic fruits and vegetables. It's hard to believe that just a few years ago there wasn't this price difference, and we bought products that our farmers brought to different places
Some of us go to Éxito, others to Carulla, others to Jumbo, and to other places. There's even the Mayorista market, where you can buy everything. In fact, inside the Mayorista market, you can even buy shoes and clothes. It's one of the biggest places we can visit.
We are fortunate to be able to buy different products that are grown right here; Colombia has very fertile soils, in which many agricultural products flourish and are harvested.
