Hi!

I had never seen such a nice car in my life. I think it was a vintage model that someone was driving through the crowded market in my city. The car looked very attractive. It was a long sedan and I love sedans. To me, they are the most beautiful cars ever invented and designed by man. This one was packed with luggage and even the backseats were filled. That struck me as strange.

I gazed at the Mercedes sedan with anxious admiration. The driver stopped at the roadside just in front of me. He noticed me staring at his car. Perhaps he misunderstood, thinking that I disliked it. He asked why I was staring. I replied that I wasn’t disapproving at all. In fact, I liked his car. I explained that it was unique and I was looking at it with admiration. He seemed proud, yet looked at me with contempt, as though I were a beggar trying to steal his luxury car.

When I came home, I began reflecting on my financial condition. I thought that someday I would buy a luxury car and show the world that I could afford it. But then another thought struck me - I should not become obsessed with such things. I must be content with whatever God Almighty has given me.

To my surprize, I saw the picture of that car in a local newspaper. There was an advertizement about the selling of this car. I think the owner was trying to sell his car because he couldn't afford it.
