Birds of a feather is a common saying.
It is short but it has a deeper meaning.
"Birds of a feather flock together" is the full statement.
And most times it is true.
It is mostly assumed that the same set of people walk together.
A friend of mine brought my attention to this when we were in highschool, he always made me retract when the group we walk with are behaving stupid.
He will say, " we will be called bunch of fools" if we were seen together with them.
It is best to avoid people you don't want to be seen or associated with.
It will be assumed you work together with them.
Stay with people that bring the best in you, and people you are proud of outside.
