Cat on the Roof || a five minute prompt

I heard a bang on the door.
I moved closer wondering who was knocking this early in the morning.
It turned out to be my old neighbor.
She could not find her cat in the house.
So she thought to check my place because I was fond of the cat.
We searched the neighborhood thoroughly.
Eventually, someone pointed out the cat.
It sat conveniently on the roof.
We had mixed feeling.
We were excited and troubled at the same time.
Excited to finally see the cat.
Troubled at the position we found it.
Careful not to scare it away, we gently brought the cat down.
I still wonder how the cat got on the roof.
