Distraction takes away your focus.
When you want to get the better of someone, you distract them. Once they are distracted, you can go ahead with your plan.
There are folks that are constantly distracted, they are really not focused. It is easy to be distracted these days, with the level of technology giving us what we think we want.
The algorithm on social media keeps popping up content we watch often, it keeps us occupied and before you know it, hours gone. Your major reason for logging in is forgotten, and you spend hours doing something else entirely.
Distractions are everywhere.
The world is full of distractions, I will say we live in a distracted world, maybe the world is distracted.
However, we should remain focused on our goals. Don't be distracted.
