Funny enough, I discussed this with a few of my colleagues when we were referring to the manufacturing sector of the economy. I mentioned that the manufacturing sector process raw materials into finished goods, and food processing is an aspect of the manufacturing sector.

Food processor also converts materials into a finished form. In popular opinion, it is an equipment used to process food, or reduce them to a more suitable form.

The processed food helps to reduce heavy usage of some food items. The point is that, once you have the equipment at home, you will really enjoy the use of it.
