Daily Diary - July 8 2026

Midweek here and I failed to do 5k minimum. I was on night shift and was home all day so didn’t move around a lot. Got to work and I didn’t check. If I knew, I would have roamed the whole plant because I’m less than 600 steps shot. Some other time then. In all things, thank God for life.o
