I doubt a hot bath gives you fever. We simply get ill due to change of weather but most of all due to contacts with other people. If we like it or not it does make our immune system stronger.
I don't like bathing with warm water because my body doesn't feel fresh, even a baby who was just born a few days ago I bathed with cold water and he didn't cry loudly.
