We should never say about anything that we ate this and became ill. In fact, all health and illness are in the hands of Allah .No one can get ill without Allah's commands.Yesterday I brought food from the market .. Unfortunately, everyone is unwell today. Everyone is saying that this due to this food.

I don't agree with you. If everyone has food poison it means there was something wrong with the food or how it has been prepared. You cannot blame Allah if we don't use our brains, nose, taste which will warn us..this is why we have instinct and brains.
Everyone got sick, but everyone's symptoms were different. For example, my daughter vomited, while my stomach was upset, my eldest daughter was dizzy, and my husband had a headache. Similarly, my middle daughter and son also suffered from different types of symptoms. If everyone had had stomach upsets or vomited, I would have no doubt that it must have been due to eating the wrong food. But when we were eating, we did not notice any bad smell in it. That is why it occurred to me that if the food was the cause, everyone would have suffered from the same type of symptoms.
I never had a food poison. At most I would feel nauseous or dizzy. One son most likely would get a headache and if younger vomit. One of my daughters would spend the entire night on the toilet. It all depends how vulnerable we are and what our weakest spot is.
At least not all of you had to vomit or needed to use the toilet, that would be the worst. I hope you and your family feel fine by now.
