Me And My Shadow Week #26, Shadow of spectacles with sunlight, Pakistan

Assalam u alaikum,

I thought I should do something new while taking shadow pictures. That's why I took different pictures today from my usual ones. This is actually an attempt to take the shadow of sunlight in addition to human shadows. When you want to reflect the light of any large object from a small space, how it gathers at a point is evident in this picture.

Just as the light of a flashlight is passed through a convex lens, it collides with the thickness of the lens and is concentrated at a point. And the heat of the light can be focused at a point and burn paper. Similarly, when we pass the sunlight through the lens of a lens, it becomes so intense that it can not only burn paper but also set fire to wood.

Thus, it was realized that by conducting science experiments at home, children learn something new and can one day show off their achievements by doing something better.
