Sometimes life feels like a dream, and other times, a nightmare, which saddens me because there are many theories, especially metaphysical ones, that claim our minds create our reality.

It would be very cruel if that theory were true, because it would mean that millions of people live in a hell on earth because of their own “fault.”

Among all the ideas of self-improvement, I believe this is one of the most harmful, because not only does it fail to help people, but it also burdens them with the blame for their misfortunes.

That is why, sometimes, it is better not to pay attention to speeches and narratives disguised as good intentions but which, deep down, cause more harm and pain to people.

Sometimes we must simply accept that the world we live in is as it is, and sometimes we must act if we want to change it, keeping in mind that change is slow, but that through our actions we can improve our world for those who will come after us.

Algunas veces la vida nos parece un sueño, y otras, una pesadilla, lo cual me entristece porque hay muchas teorías, en especial de tipo metafísicas que predican que nuestras mentes crean nuestra realidad.

Sería muy cruel que esa teoría fuera cierta, porque eso significaría que millones de personas viven en un infierno en la tierra por su propia "culpa"

Entre todas las ideas de superación personal, creo que esa es una de las que más daño ocasiona a las personas, porque no solo no las ayuda en nada, sino que además les carga la culpa de sus desgracias.

Por eso, algunas veces es mejor no prestar atención a discursos y narrativas que se camuflan de buenas intenciones pero que en el fondo causan más daño y dolor las personas.

Algunas veces solo debemos aceptar que el mundo que nos tocó es así, y algunas veces debemos hacer algo si lo queremos cambiar, teniendo en mente que el cambio es lento, pero que con nuestras acciones podemos mejorar nuestro mundo para quienes vendrán luego.
