Dawn, getting up, taking a nice bath, and heading to the gym really early. I prefer it that way. I have no problem getting up at 5:40 am; it's simple, I just have to go to bed early. In fact, I do. I usually go to sleep around 9 pm; it's a habit.
I like to observe the clouds in the morning, on many occasions, we can see something like this photograph.
Some people say they can't get used to waking up early; it's an individual thing. But it seems to me that the problem is going to bed too late and the amount of sleep each individual requires according to their age. I, for example, need 9 hours of sleep according to my age. In fact, I sleep well. I try to go for a run at night, which helps a lot. I go to bed tired and can fall asleep easily.
I love both Dawn and sunset, these times of day have a certain something that inspires tranquility in me.

You get up very early; we get up at 6 : 30 am. We go to the gym whenever we have time, sometimes in the afternoon, but we try to go at least five times a week.
You make me smile because my mother says, "If you want to get up earlier, go to bed earlier," and I think she's right.
