Hard to believe/Difícil de creer

Time flies by so fast, something I say on several occasions, and it's true, this year is ending and it's hard to believe how quickly it's gone by.

El tiempo pasa muy rápido, lo digo en varias ocasiones, y es cierto, este año se acaba y cuesta creer lo rápido que ha pasado.

A few days ago I saw a video that talked about precisely this, about how time used to pass a little more slowly. Several people were asked, and no one could say for sure what caused the current speed.

Hace unos días vi un video que hablaba precisamente de esto, de cómo el tiempo solía pasar un poco más lento. Se le preguntó a varias personas, y nadie pudo decir con certeza qué causaba la velocidad actual.

A woman of about 65 years old says that she used to have enough time to do everything and even said that the day was very long, but now it is not like that

I try to get up very early to do my activities, and even then I still run out of time sometimes. Well, I hope no one says this is caused by extraterrestrials; everything that has no answer is blamed on these beings, but I don't believe that. There must be a more specific reason.

Intento madrugar para hacer mis actividades, y aun así a veces me falta tiempo. Bueno, espero que nadie diga que esto es causado por extraterrestres; todo lo que no tiene solución se atribuye a estos seres, pero no lo creo. Debe haber una razón más específica.
