Who lets the dog out/Quién saca al perro
Seeing dogs waiting for their owners is commonplace, but the problem is that these animals don't look happy tied up while their owners chat, shop, interact, etc. Sometimes these pets spend too much time there waiting. I don't like seeing this, to be honest.
Ver perros esperando a sus dueños es común, pero el problema es que estos animales no se ven felices atados mientras sus dueños charlan, compran, interactúan, etc. A veces, estas mascotas pasan demasiado tiempo esperando. La verdad es que no me gusta ver esto.
I've seen some couples sitting and chatting, drinking, dancing, having a good time, but they bring their dog. In fact, I don't think this poor animal enjoys it as much as they do. It seems absurd to me.
He visto parejas sentadas charlando, bebiendo, bailando, pasándolo bien, pero llevan a su perro. De hecho, no creo que este pobre animal lo disfrute tanto como ellos. Me parece absurdo.
Having a pet involves responsibilities, including taking it for walks and so on, but nowadays it seems like they go around with another person, forgetting that they are animals. They could stay at home while the humans have fun.
Tener una mascota implica responsabilidades, como sacarla a pasear, etc., pero hoy en día parece que andan con otra persona, olvidándose de que son animales. Podrían quedarse en casa mientras los humanos se divierten.

hahaha,Sofia's comment: We saw a couple kissing and the dog was there on the ground. It was in one of the parks near our apartment. They should have left the dog at home , it didn't represent anything there, maybe it was just in the way.

The lovers go out to have fun and take the dog with them, they have a good time, and the dog gets bored. I suppose he doesn't know what love is, or maybe he does, perhaps he's learning hahaha
Well, I agree. Leave the dog at home! The only reason people take it along is because they are too lazy to let the dog out!
