‎When was the last time you saw a scorpion? Have you seen it before? Believe me, reality is different from what I used to watch on film.

‎But I have never seen them in reality. Not until I get stung. I look at it, and I see it. My brain tries to process it. Is it really a scorpion? Maybe not. I took my phone, opened my Chrome browser, scanned it and I got more details about the scorpion.

‎It's Thursday, it's environmental sanitation. We use these days to clean our areas, gutters, in and out. But unfortunately for me, I did know someone was ambushing me...... trying to claim my territory. That will never happen.

‎After cleaning the environment, I was trying to arrange where I normally keep our bench. I swept it first, I swept the enemy out. It couldn't hide anymore. Unknowingly to me, it attacked straight to my toe. I got a quick reaction, what could that be? I look down..... It's right there, staring at me. Ready to attack again, with all its armed up. I remember a post on Facebook about a user who shared how they escaped a scorpion, which looks exactly like this.

‎Just to be sure I have to scan it.

‎I clicked the search button and typed: What should I do if I get stung by a scorpion? I got different answers:
‎- Use cold water
‎- It depends on the scorpion

  • ‎If symptoms start such as...

‎I paused and tried to listen, do I have any reaction right now? It's only the place I got stung, my toe. No, that's not painful, sha. Worst part, it's escape, the very minute I look up to check my phone, I can't find it again. Good for him. It escaped.

Google search from my chrome browser

‎While still going through the scorpion page, I saw a particular question: why do they sting? For protection from predators, to protect their territory. So I now have someone who is fighting for territory in my shop. We shall meet again but that time, I don't think it will survive it. I'm actually planning an ambush (clearing the area).

‎My friend, a grandma, pays a visit. I showed her and she was surprised. She asked if I had used anything on it and I said no. She gave me a rub, and I used it to massage the place. That's nice though. She told me that a bigger one stung her father, which led to his death. Omo..... I begin to fear oo. But then I remember, this one may be more harmful, just a small sting. From what I read.... no symptoms.

‎After some hours, the place looks swollen and heavy, with a little scratched pain. Maybe the rub subdued it.....I thought so.

Moral lesson
‎Don’t underestimate where these things can hide. Cleanliness leads to godliness, health, and wealth. Keep a clean environment and always be alert. And if you get stung, my dear, panic if it's necessary — check for symptoms, clean the area, apply ice or rub, and if things get worse, please go to the hospital.

‎Have you encountered with terrorist before, how did it happen and how it i end? Share your experiences, someone might find it helpful.

Thanks for reading.
