BOOM BOOM POW!

The absurdity comes from the deliberate juxtaposition of these disparate elements. A flock of pixelated birds, their wings glitched and fragmented, fly across a sky filled with binary code. A lone tree, its branches replaced with ethernet cables, stands silhouetted against the digital sunset. It’s a nonsensical image, a visual joke that hints at a deeper unease.

I'm particularly drawn to the glitch as a visual tool. It represents the breakdown of order, the inherent imperfections in the digital realm. In this piece, I’ve used glitches to create a sense of unease and disorientation. The image flickers and stutters, as if struggling to maintain its coherence. It’s a reflection of our own fractured reality, of the constant barrage of information and stimuli that threatens to overwhelm us.

Sharing this work online feels like releasing a virus into the system. It’s a small act of rebellion against the polished perfection of the digital world. I want to disrupt the flow of curated content, to inject a dose of chaos and imperfection into the endless stream of images. Maybe it will be ignored, lost in the noise. Or maybe, just maybe, it will resonate with someone who feels equally disoriented and overwhelmed by the digital age. The beauty is not knowing. The beauty is the chaos that results.
