...and as for some occasional questions about my work; the symbols I use are often drawn from a variety of sources: mythology, science, popular culture. I am interested in the way that these symbols resonate with different audiences, how they can be interpreted in multiple ways. I often juxtapose seemingly disparate symbols, creating unexpected connections and sparking new interpretations. I want my work to be intellectually stimulating, to challenge viewers to think critically about the world around them.
