Disk Error

As each chain started to pull the disk from each end, it started to break. It was about to split in half. The room was getting hotter as the heat from the disk started to rise as a defense mechanism to abort processes. Error messages started to display in the room and some processes were turned off. But, the defense mechanism was not made to defend against external factors. The chains were put there, and there was a huge pull. The disk started to melt from the heat and a fire erupted. The pull from each side continued, splitting the disk in shattered pieces. It was him all along!

He was behind the screen, forcing processes to start again to cause the fire in that tech room. He knew that the heat is coming for him next. But, he believed at that moment, that his action was in benefit of all. This whole machine was made to work completely on its own. He believed that, he was doing something for the better good. But, what he did not understand was that, he was taking what supposed to be a collective decision, on his own. Probably, causing some damage to others who relied on that machine.
