How Much Do You Need
It's a fact. Those who have a lot never have enough, and is it even necessary to ask: how much do you need? Need? When it comes down to it, we don't need much at all—I mean, really need.
It's a roof over your head, preferably one that doesn't leak. And then something to eat (bread, but I'd rather not have that) and a bath (hygiene). We call it the 3 B's, the concept they also use in foster care: Bath, Bread, Bed.
Is that really all a person needs?
I believe very little of it. Being recognized, being seen is something that is absolutely essential, or rather, feeling loved, and that's what's lacking. People can love you, but if you don't feel it yourself, it doesn't really matter. Feelings do matter, and it's not like they used to say: Name-calling doesn't hurt. Of course, it does for most people. It's just silly talk from people who don't know what they're saying and are simply parroting others, just like those idiotic memes and statements about always being happy. As if that were a choice. If that were true, the world would look very different.
For now, it's still a pleasant war, and those peace negotiating points Trump drafted are worthless. Have you read them? Especially the one where America rakes in all the money (as is the case with every war) and then also invests in certain technology that strongly reminds me of the labs Fauci, the animal and human tormentor, had in Ukraine?
What about Biden's son's laptop? And then Epstein. I read that his email account was hacked, so you can have a good look at who he emailed. Even when all the evidence is out in the open, there are still those who say it's fabricated, fake news, and so on. This speaks volumes about the average intelligence of humans, and even AI, given that in 2025 it will still not be possible to make AI resemble the average human (which seems almost impossible to me, given the average IQ and skills aren't that high). Education and a lack of knowledge are the best proof of this.

Those who carry much within need little without. We are either immensely rich or simply wonderful. Not needing is the first key to wealth, even though our thoughts usually focus on what we lack. There's always someone worse off. And even be grateful, because there are always good things, glimmers of light in absolute darkness.
I like your painting; it's a symbol of the seasons; time flies, and our hopes are gone, as is our stolen childhood. We are part of the group that chose to think and create. Art saves. Art is the consequence for which we love or die.
We can transform the cold dawn into a noisy summer day. Are you up for it? I have ultramarine blue, and I'm not afraid to use it.
I can't say I like the attitude of "there's always someone worse off" it doesn't stimulate to improve life but I agree with the rest.
How come you are still not out of ultramarine blue? Do you take it out of the sky? Gray it is and a black... without snow there's not much light especially not if the government switches us off (and laughs). We'll see. Painting in the Dark became famous after all.

Being happy all the time, I don't see that as feasible , life's circumstances lead us more to sadness than to happiness.
That's one fact you can count with. The question remains: what the point of life? Or should we all fall on our head and feel nothing?
I think we all come into this world with a mission and a talent.
Regarding the mission, I say this because my grandmother used to say: "When we die, we come before God, and He will ask us what we did with our children." This means that being a good father or mother is a very general mission in this world. Perhaps those of us who don't have children have another mission, to take care of our parents, to help others, etc. But we don't come into this world just to eat and sleep. That's what my grandmother said, and it's quite true in my opinion.
Sorry to hear you don't want to be an animal but if it comes to biology you already are one. Humans are part of the mammals if they like it or not.

From this perspective, I'd say I'm a calf. The reason is that I don't drink coffee with milk, I drink MILK with coffee. And not only that, as a child I used to draw cows.
