Dreaming of sky: Not even the sky is the limit

When I was a child I love to watch bird, we had many pigeons who loved to spend their time in our garden and for me, for a little child they seem to be big birds. I loved seeing how the y start up flying and how their wings were moving in a certain movement and that help them to fly up often very high and disappear but later on come back.
I remember that once I read a story about Icarus who was a figure in Greek mythology who together with his father created wings that were glued together with wax, his father warned him not to fly close to sun but Icarus did not listen and flew close wax melt and he crashed to death.
I also remembered another story of Nils and goose, with help of the goose Nils was able to fly to other countries.
After listening these stories I made for me a conclusion that I also can fly instead of goose I can use my pigeons in my garden so I thought to catch maybe ten of them to tie thread on their legs and they lift me up to sky. Of course, I was trying to catch them with a nets I was chasing them from morning till evening. Despite of me trying hard I was not able to catch even one pigeons because they were very clever and flew away when they saw me approaching.
After such unsuccessful attempts when I almost forgot about my dream of flying, my parents came and announced that we are flying to visit my uncle. I was excited because then I was able to be up in sky. The flight was very adventurous and it was like a magic when it was cloudy and rainy on ground but once the plane flew through clouds it was endless blue sky opened and it was sun very close. That moment I felt like a bird and I felt that even sky is not a limit.
