Crispy Fried Fresh Bitter Gourd

in CCS21 hours ago
Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope you are all well and doing your work well. Today I am going to share with you a post about cooking very delicious bitter gourd. I hope all of you friends will like it. So let's move on to cooking bitter gourd. Most of the bitter gourds found in the market are hybrids and their taste is not that good because they seem bitter, but these indigenous bitter gourds are very delicious to cook. Yesterday, I saw these bitter gourds with a shopkeeper, which were very fresh, so I immediately decided to buy them. When I asked him the rate, it was five hundred rupees per kilo in Pakistani rupees, so I bought one kilo from him because I like it very much.

After getting home, I washed the bitter gourds thoroughly with water to remove the dirt that was on them. You can see how fresh a bitter gourd is. They are not cut into small pieces for cooking, but rather they are kept whole because they have to be fried. This makes a great dish. Children, adults and the elderly all like to eat it because it is crispy. Their size should be medium for frying so that you can fry them easily. If they are large, it becomes difficult to fry.

First of all, I took the spices to fill the karelas, which were already prepared at home, which are made by grinding red chili, garlic, ginger, dried coriander, turmeric, salt, and all of them. Since they were available at home, I started peeling the karelas lightly from the top with the help of a knife and cleaned them completely. Then I cut them in the middle and filled them with the spices to make them more delicious. In this picture, you can see how I peeled them and filled them with these spices.

You can see the peels of the bitter gourds that I have removed from them and I throw them away, but some people also add these peels to the curry. I don't put it, but I waste it. Yes, I add more onions while cooking, which makes the crab more ready

Now I have put cooking oil in a pot and placed it on the stove and lit it. As soon as the cooking oil got hot, I put the bitter gourds in it and kept stirring it slowly so that they turn light brown. After some time, they turned brown. Now I had chopped onions lying around because I had to put them in it now. If I had put them in earlier, they would have burnt and turned black, thus spoiling the entire curry. But the bitter gourds are cooked to a sufficient extent, so now I have to add the onions in it so that the onions also cook with them.

The bitter gourds have turned light brown and it's time to add onions so now I'm putting onions in it and then I'll fry them a little more so that both onions and bitter gourds are ready to eat.

You can see that this dish is ready. Its color has become dark brown and it has become very tasty and delicious. Today we will have iftar with it. It is ready just like pakoras. It looks crispy but its taste is something else. Whenever I cook it, I eat it with great pleasure and I like it. Now I will ask your permission. See you with a new interesting and informative post. You must try this curry dish and see. You will enjoy it. Maybe you have cooked it before and use the same method that I did.

I would invite my friends to try this dish and enjoy, @suboohi, @steemflower, @pandora2010.

Thank you very much for giving me one of my favorite vegetables. I will eat it today as well as a bitter gourd. I really like the way it is cooked at home with this vegetable.
