Hi everyone, hope you are all well. Today I am going to share with you the recipe for a sweet dish that my professor @suboohi, Has given me as a homework assignment.For those who love sweets, this is the best filling dish that you can eat anytime, anywhere. It is loved by children and adults alike, and I myself eat it with great enthusiasm. I hope you will like the dish I made.

I like the following desserts made from milk: Milk ice cream, Milk pudding, Milk custard, Milk semolina halwa. I like all these things very much and we often make them at home.

Fruit Custred with jelly

Today I am going to share with you a very delicious recipe which is a milk custard using fruit and jelly. You will love it very much and will also enjoy it while eating.

First, pour two cups of water into a pot and place it on the stove to heat. When it is hot, add a packet of jelly to it. After a while, the jelly starts to thicken, so take it out, pour it into a pot, and place it in the refrigerator to cool.

And the next step was to make the custard, so for that I had a box of Rafhan custard and this is the best quality custard available in Pakistan, which is what I have chosen to make the custard.

I was using two kilograms of fresh buffalo milk to make the custard. I poured this milk into a pot, placed it on the stove, and lit a fire underneath.

When the milk was hot, I added the sugar to it and started stirring it slowly so that the sugar did not stick to the bottom of the pot.

Now I took the hot milk out of this pot and poured it into another pot and added the required amount of custard to it and started to dissolve it slowly. When it was completely dissolved, I slowly poured it into the large pot containing the milk, stirring it with a spoon.The custard was now completely ready, as you can see in the picture, so I took it off the heat.

Now I opened the fruitcake packet and placed it in an orderly manner at the bottom of the pot.

Now, from the apples and bananas I had, I took four bananas and two medium-sized apples and sliced them thinly because I was going to put them on top of the custard.

Now I opened the small packet of chocolate I had and chopped it into small pieces and crushed the coconut into small pieces and left the almonds and raisins as they are, as you can see in the picture.

Now I put the custard in both the pots. Now these pots were filled with custard. There was also fruit cake under them, which I have told you about before. Now the next step was that I had to put chopped bananas, apples, raisins, almonds and chocolate on top of them. So I put all these things in an order.

Now the red jelly I had had cooled in the fridge, I cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife and put chocolate, almonds and raisins on a plate and kept adding red jelly at the same time. Now this custard with a very beautiful design was ready.

Two kilograms of fresh milk custard is ready and it is very delicious. All friends are invited to come and enjoy the custard with me.

3.Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.

I didn't face any difficulty while making the custard, but I had to order the milk that I wanted to get pure from another village because pure milk is not available in the market here. Often it is mixed with water or some chemicals, which causes harm instead of benefit if it is used.

4.At what occasion do you want to make your dessert.

Whenever we have guests over, we always make custard as a sweet dish to accompany our meals, and our guests also love to eat it, and it is very delicious because it uses pure milk.

I will invite some of my friends to prepare such a custard and the taste of your food will be doubled.
