This is a good turmeric that I have made a video of and along with it, I have also shown in the video the process of drying it after going through it and apart from that, I have also shown you the turmeric powder that is completely ready and in the next post I will show you the entire process of turmeric and how it is preserved so that it does not spoil for a long time and we can get its benefits.

It has many medical benefits and is used in many medicines. It eliminates stomach inflammation and acidity and is also used in many creams to restore it. It naturally contains some amount of sulfur. In addition, it has antioxidant effects. Even cancer is eliminated by its use. It is also used as an excellent medicine for TB. I have used it on many patients and in my experience, it is used daily.

And it is also used in food to make the food fragrant and also prove beneficial for human health. It is a very valuable thing and its benefits are many, but the number of uses is still small.
