Today I took pictures of some of my local fresh vegetables.

Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope you are all well and doing your work well. Today I am going to share with you some pictures of fresh vegetables from my area that are common in this season. I hope you like them. Fresh vegetables are very beneficial for human health, so fresh vegetables should always be preferred.

Today, it is winter season in our country and these are the vegetables of that season, but now the era has become modern and almost most vegetables are available all year round.

I often like to eat vegetables because they play a very important role in human health and their constant consumption can eradicate many diseases.

Vegetables are a part of our daily life and are found almost all over the world and all people like to eat them and they have many benefits.

The remaining vegetables, which include green coriander, radish, carrot and fenugreek, are all fresh vegetables that are available in large quantities in this season and I like to eat them at different times. They have many benefits which I will share with you in the next post. Apart from this, peas are also included in these vegetables.

Among these vegetables, mangre, which is a legume vegetable, is very delicious when cooked and has a very strong taste. I like to eat it and it is related to a native type of radish. When the radish gets old and does not start to flower, then these mangre appear. They are cooked and eaten as a vegetable. Maybe this vegetable is also found in your area.
