Beef Shami Making at Home
Assalamualaikum my fellows I hope you will be fine by the grace of Allah.

I am sharing beef shami with you from making minced beef and frying them completely.

This is raw beef. I will use this beef to make beef shami. This shami will be very delicious. This is mix beef where meat and fat is mixed.

I will convert beef meat into small fine pieces to make shami. For this I need sharp knives. I got knives of home and made them sharp with a stone. These are ready to cut the big beef pieces to small.

I used big knife and continuously hammered the large pieces of the beef to make small pieces. It took a lot of time to do it but I did it. You can check in the right picture the beef is looking completely in small pieces which can be used to make shami.

I made minced meat of the beef. I washed it with water to remove the blood. I boiled this minced meat in the water because beef meat is harder than chicken.

I boiled gram lentils because I wanted to use it with minced meat. I boiled it untill it became soft and easy to mix in minced meat.

Without green spices beef shami is not possible because they add unique taste and appetising odour to the recipes. I used green chillies, tomatoes, onions, coriander, and ginger.

I mixed boiled minced meat and boiled gram lentils. I mixed green spices such as green chillies, onions, tomatoes, coriander, and ginger. I mixed everything very well. I heated this mixture at very low flame so that everything could be mixed completely.

I added dry corianders, cumin seeds, black pepper, and cinnamon in it. I mixed these in it.

I took the mixture of minced meat, lentils and green spices and grinded it to make it smooth for shami. I mixed wheat flour in it to give it a final shape.

Now the mixture was ready to make shami. I used lid of the small box and a plastic bag to make equal size shami. I made with it easily.

I placed shami in the tray. I got an egg and mixed it in the plate. I dipped shami in eggs liquid and then I fried them in the oil. It was sensitive because shaki could broke but I managed everything carefully. Now tasty beef shami with lentils is ready to serve.

We can eat beef shami now. I served it with beef biryani and raita. Everything tasted amazing. We can make tasty beef shami from making minced beef meat to frying them in oil simply. It worth giving a try to this recipe.
