Papri Tailors

Today, I will try to highlight a village tailor with you all. So without further delay, let’s get started.

When it comes to making clothes, there is no alternative to going to a tailor. Making new clothes means visiting a tailor. Today, I am talking about a tailor shop located at Aishi Market, Kushar Center Mor, in Paikpara village of Kaharole Upazila. The owner of this tailor shop is Narayan Chandra Dash.

	Shelf for sewn clothes

This tailor shop provides clothing sewing services. Since it is located in a village, there is not a heavy rush for sewing clothes, but it is quite good considering the rural area. On the left side of the shop, there is a glass shelf where all the sewn clothes are kept. On the right side, stitched three-piece dresses are hung on hangers.

On the right side of the shop, two sewing machines are set up neatly. There are benches available for sitting. The machines are used by the workers, who sew all the clothes while sitting there. If you look above the sewing machines, you will see colorful spools of thread arranged in a row on the upper shelf. These threads are used by the workers during dress making.

Even though this shop is located in a village, the tailor makes dresses very well. I went to this tailor shop to get a few dresses stitched, and my sister was with me as well. Basically, I came to know about this shop through my sister. Anyway, we gave a total of 6 kamiz and 7 salwar pieces to be stitched. The tailor carefully noted down the measurements of all the dresses in his notebook and accepted all the clothes.
