Hello Steemians! Hope you all are doing well. Today, I will share with you how water is supplied to agricultural land using an irrigation pump. So without further delay, let’s get started.

One of the most important steps in completing agricultural work is irrigation using a pump. Without an irrigation pump, it is almost impossible to do farming properly we all know this very well. Today, I will discuss the modern method of irrigating fields. This irrigation pump belongs to my brother-in-law. He can easily carry out irrigation work on his land using this pump.

To operate the irrigation pump, the machine must first be set properly. Then, water needs to be lifted through the tube well that you can see here. After the water is lifted, the power line is connected to the plug and the electric switch is turned on. As soon as the switch is turned on, the pump starts running and water begins to flow out from the outlet. The electric wire is connected to the motor’s capacitor.

Before supplying water to the field, all necessary arrangements must be made in advance. The drains need to be properly prepared so that water can flow smoothly into the agricultural land through them. As you can see in the picture, the entire process has been done very well, and the water is flowing into the field through the drains. The area where water falls from the pump outlet is dug a bit wider so that water can accumulate there. Then, narrow drains are created to allow the water to flow into the field.

Today, this water has been supplied to a potato field using the irrigation pump. During potato cultivation, farmers need to irrigate their fields in this way. Water must reach every row properly. To complete the entire process successfully, farmers need to monitor everything carefully.
