Hundreds of thoughts are always running in our minds — sometimes about career, sometimes about relationships, sometimes about society, sometimes about jobs. Thoughts can be about anything. Thoughts make us feel good, thoughts make us feel bad, thoughts motivate us to move forward in life, and thoughts also demotivate us. It is all about thoughts. But have you ever felt a state when no thoughts are running in your mind? This happens very rarely because there is always something going on in the mind. I have felt this state with the help of yoga, but I could stay in it only for a few minutes. Still, this is the best state. Because in this state your mind becomes completely calm, it feels like the whole body has healed, and you feel a lot of energy in your body.
